CS-Give Mobile App User Manual

Welcome to CS-Give! This user manual will guide you through the features and functionalities of our mobile app, designed to simplify online giving, virtual engagement, and church management.

Getting Started

1. Download the App: Search for "CS-Give" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the app.

Login

1. Existing User:

• Enter your registered email address in the "Email" field.
• Enter your password in the "Password" field.
• Tap "Login" to access your CS-Give account.

1. Forgot Password:

• Tap "Forgot Password?" below the login button.
• Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
• Tap "Send Link" to receive a password reset link via email.
• Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

1. New User:

• Tap "Sign Up" at the bottom of the login screen.
• Enter your email address in the "Email" field.
• Enter your full name in the "Name" field.
• Create a secure password in the "Password" field and re-enter it in the "Confirm Password" field.
• Select your organization from the "Choose your Organisation" dropdown menu.
• Tap "Sign Up" to create your CS-Give account.

One-Time Password (OTP) Verification

(This step might be required for first-time login or for additional security measures.)

• Enter your phone number in the designated field.
• Tap "Submit" to receive an OTP code via SMS.
• Enter the received OTP code in the "Enter your code" field on the next screen.
• Tap "Verify" to complete the login process.

Home Page

• This is your central hub for all CS-Give activities.
• Notification Button: Located at the top right corner, displays any unread messages or announcements from organizations you follow.
• Event Slider: Showcases upcoming events hosted by various organizations. Tap on an event to view details and donate directly through the "Give" button.
• Organization Videos: Watch informative or inspirational videos uploaded by your organization.
• Org Live Stream: Tune in to live streams hosted by your organization.
• Org Audio: Access audio recordings of sermons or podcasts shared by your organization.

Search Page

• Tap the magnifying glass icon to access the search function.
• Go Back Button: Located at the top left corner, allows you to return to the Home Page.
• Org Search Bar: Enter keywords related to the organization you're looking for (e.g., church name, location).
• Search Map: View organizations displayed on a map based on their location.
• Search Results: Displays a list of verified organizations matching your search criteria. A checkmark symbol indicates verified organizations.

Giving Page

• Select an organization you want to support.
• Choose from preset giving amounts displayed on the screen.
• Alternatively, enter your desired custom amount in the designated field.
• Select your preferred payment method:
• Credit Card (powered by Stripe)
• PayPal
• Mobile Money Payment (for international users)
• ACH (USA only)
• Choose your giving frequency:
• Once
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Yearly
• Select the type of giving designated by the organization (e.g., Tithe, General Offering, Missions).
• Tap "Donate" to confirm your contribution.

More

• Tap the three dots icon (usually located at the bottom right corner) to access additional features.

Account Settings

• Change Password: Update your existing password by entering your old password, followed by your new password and its confirmation.
• Delete My Account: Permanently remove your CS-Give account. (Note: This action is irreversible.)

Events

• View a comprehensive list of upcoming and past events hosted by organizations you follow.

Contact Us

• Access the organization's contact information, including address, phone number, website, email address, and social media links.

Bible App (Optional Feature)

• Some organizations might offer access to a built-in Bible app within CS-Give.

Donation History

• Review your past donations made through the CS-Give app.

Book Appointment (Optional Feature)

• Schedule an appointment with your organization. You might see a welcoming message, available date and time slots, and a field to enter the reason for your appointment.

Notifications

• Receive and view important notifications and messages directly from the organizations you follow.
